Refund policy
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since receipt of your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange.
To be eligible for store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@chickencooptreasures.com
No returns will be accepted without a return authorization. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Returns will be accepted within 14 days of delivery. All items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be free of stains and smells (makeup, pets, perfume, smoke, etc). The item must also be in the original packaging and have any tags attached (if applicable).
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you are disappointed with the fit of your purchase, you may exchange your item for a different size of the same item within 14 days. Exchanges are subject to availability and the item to be exchanged must be received and inspected prior to a replacement being sent. If the size needed is unavailable, you will be issued Hydrangeas Boutique Store credit, valid for 6 months.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
